Other: The cottage is winterized and can be rented by snowmobilers and skiers looking for a private getaway.

There are three bedrooms in the house. Two bedrooms have double bed and master bedroom has queen size bed. There is also sofa bed in the living room. Each bedroom has its own closet (double closet in MB).

The kitchen and living room are open concept and exit onto a big Patio at the back of the cottage (smaller size deck in front of the cottage).

All pots and pans and all the rest you need in the kitchen is there. Fridge and Dishwasher, Microwave, Bread Toaster/Grill, Oven, Coffee Maker too.

There is patio furniture on the patio. The living room is quite big and it has conventional (wood) Fire Place. Right at the back entrance there is Powder Room: sink and toilet plus Washer and Dryer for your convenience.

Cottage has one full bathroom with the shower in the bathtub (Jacuzzi), sink, toilet. The flat screen TV is in the living room (lots of movies) plus
DVD, VCR, Stereo, Books and Board Games.

Gas BBQis located on the back deck. The cottage is surrounded by flowers, grassy area (for your yard games), bocco court, water fountains, playground and trees.

This cottage is not waterfront property - walking distance to the beautiful sandy beach with boardwalks and view points and sand dunes.
